Non Union vs. Union - William

Before IBEW brother William was union, he had to pay out of pocket for his benefits. He didn’t have a pension, and he wasn’t even sure if could retire at 65. Now that he is union, he doesn’t have to worry about that. He has great benefits with a pension package, and his local takes care of him and his family’s needs.
