My gym tackled the issue of filming in the gym in what I believe is the best possible way.
During normal opening hours, filming is completely banned.
They added an extra hour at the start of the day and 2 hours at the end of the day where filming is allowed. They also bought a bunch of filming equipment, like tripods, phone mounts and ring lights, that anybody in the gym during those filming hours can use free of charge.
Now normal gym users don't have to worry about being filmed, and influencers have time when the gym is less busy so they deal with fewer interruptions, and equipment available to make their videos better.
