Having been through quite a few quakes in my lifetime, I know without a doubt that even those who are “used to” them would have been frightened let alone someone who has maybe never felt a quake and this was their introduction. Sending love to all of the families and friends of those lost and strength to anyone who may be trapped in rubble. Please guide the emergency workers and volunteers to anyone who is trapped. 😢❤❤❤

never evacuate while the quake is active. you have to take cover under a table if possible, if there is no table then get a any object that can protect your head and find a solid corner in the room and wait there with the object protecting your head in embryo posture, then evacuate as soon as the quake stops
