A flame snuffer is always included when buying one of our bio fireplaces. A flame snuffer is a tool that is used to close the steel vessel in the burner, so that the fire is smothered and thus go out. In addition, you can always expect instructions to be included when receiving one of our bio fireplaces. If the product needs to be assembled, the package will also include screws, brackets and whatever else necessary for installation.

No, Bio Ethanol Fireplace Group is primarily an online webshop. We do however have 2 showrooms in Denmark.
