Cranberry Pistachio Fudge | White Chocolate Fudge | 15 min Recipe

Ingredients:
- 150 gms condensed milk
- 300 gms white chocolate ( chopped)
- 50 gms dried cranberries
- 50 gms chopped pistachio
Method:
1. Line 5 inch square tin with baking paper.
2. Over medium flame heat condensed milk just until hot.
3. Add chopped white chocolate in 3-4 batches
4. Stir until all chocolate melts and mix with condensed milk.
5. Stir and add dried cranberries and chopped pistachios.
6. Pour the mixture in to the tin and smooth it out.
7. Sprinkle some pistachios & cranberries.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour
9. Take fudge out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature for few minutes.
10. Cut into small pieces.
