Motherland of a Knnadiga is the Karnataka state and not Gujarat. If a Kannadiga is selected for a job in Ahmedabad his skill is proved. Similarly if a Gujrati is chosen for a similar job in Bangalore his skill is also proved. Then why the industry cannot keep the Gujrati in Ahmdbd and the Kannadig in B'lore. It is actually the industry's cruel tactics to get work at cheapest rate. It is seen that immigrant labour is always cheapest and loyal. They can be exploited for even 12 hrs a day unprotested. Thats the scenario the world over. Thats why the backlash from the localites. Nothing wrong in it.

This type of act will not come under federalism, and undemocratic. people of India can't be discriminated based on language. All IT companies and other private industries are manufacturing products for all the world not only for Karnataka. If all world boycotts the such products coming from Karnataka produces based on regional language discriminations, imagine the consequences. At the end common people will suffered at maximum.
