An explosive report by BuzzFeed News alleges Trump directed his then-personal lawyer Michael Cohen to break the law and lie to Congress. Trump’s own Attorney General nominee, Bill Barr, has already stated that a President ordering someone to lie, is a crime. Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal tells “The Beat” that there is also further evidence of “potential perjury” from Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr. and that if Trump Jr. lied to Congress, they will “consider criminal charges against him”.

When the House is through with Junior and Kushner, it's Nunes' turn.

I think Lindsey Graham wanted Barr to answer that question on record for all to hear. He seemed to know the leak was coming. Makes it difficult for Barr to go back on his words now. Something big is coming.

As we speak, Don Jr is probably having plastic surgery done to change his looks. My guess is he's getting a prosthetic chin implanted.😉

How is it possible that all of the Trumps were unaware of a major move into Moscow? Not possible in such a small company.

Barr did say to Graham and Clobishar (sp) that a president can commit a crime. But yes, Barr never said that a President could be indicted for breaking the law.

If the president commits homicide, can he be indicted? If so, then a sitting president can be indicted, all that's left then is to determine which actions the president can take are protected from the law as per the president's Constitutional rights as the commander-in-chief, and which potential actions are not protected. Likewise, any actions taken by a presidential candidate are not done by the protected office of the president, but by a private citizen and are subject to the law like anyone else. This applies not just to Trump, but to any president past or future.

Barr is sketchy. Put a live lion in Donnie Jr.'s jail cell. A payback for the one he beheaded.

Does it actually make more sense to wait to indict Trump until AFTER his presidency?

With the way it's going now, the 2nd in line is Pence, who would almost certainly pardon Trump and anyone associated with the investigation.

LOL I forgot about "Cohn". When I first read about him, he was Michael Cohn. Then he morphed into a Cohen over time.
