The Port of London Authority finally opened up The Thames after more than 7 weeks, so I spent the day in Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs.

Hello Aussie, oh, l have seen so many things amongst the little rocks, thought you would go back to them, but much to my dismay, you moved along. That round thick, looked like coin, you said "oh, nothing" well l suspect it MAY be a Roman coin. I have some Roman coins and some of them are quite thick, so keep a look-out. I saw some lovely blue and white there too. Ooohhhh!🤗

Hapenny or halfpenny. The coin with the bird is a farthing and the bird is a wren. One of my fav birds.

The little coin under the sand is probably not a sixpence but an English half pence. It was worth half a modern penny and taken out of circulation in 1984. Due to inflation and rounding up costs. 😘
