A wonderful example of the vitality of the America prior to everything which followed. God Bless America, Rockabilly

You know, maybe music would be alot better today, even in 2022, if we had more places like SUN to showcase ourselves and our rockabilly/rock & roll/ blues if we still had good folk like Mr. Phillips in the industry who'd not just record us, BUT HEAR US from be heart and work with us to make something of ourselves.

I'm 23 years old, I can play the sh*t out of some boogie woogie southern rockabilly guitar. But there's nowhere to really showcase this type of music anymore. Of course I listen to it and I'm sure in not the only one, but nobody really will give it a chance to be honest and that makes me very sad :(

Its so good, when you play it physically or over the stereo it honestly makes you happy and feel good, sometimes even goofy lol. But, it's a soul warming experience. This is when music had heart, taste, and style. A song doesn't have to have secret meanings to it or lore, it's just good down to heart and earth music and its changed my life for the better

"When you come in to cut a record, I don't wanna hear how you'd play it to cut a hit record, I wanna hear it the way you'd play it on your front porch at home...."

- Sam Phillips, the man himself.
