MY BMAX DIED AFTER 2 MONTHS. I went with the BMAX Y13, good looks and with decent specs. Arrived and worked fine, however, after less than 2 months the computer just stopped turning on. I tried to contact BMAX support to hopefully get a replacement or have it fixed. Virtually no support. They only provide a 15 day warranty which is a little better than The Dollar Store. This laptop, in particular, did not leave an empty desk at my office it's entire life and was used sparingly. My office is all on Mac and this PC was only purchased to access a few gov sites that only work on Windows. No other software was even installed as I didn't want it to get bogged down. One morning it just stopped turning on. Only a little blue flashes once, but the screen and computer are dead essentially. Super disappointed. Most reviews for this computer are positive, but does anyone use it for any length of time? Anyway, with only 15 days of support service, sadly you will see many of these in the trash soon.

Just don't buy that part. The part is absolute junk and not worth $ 200.

It's processed like hell.

It creaks and bends.

The thing is getting really hot.

It is absolute

The keyboard is pressed through and the keystroke is different.

It's not fun to write more than 3 words.

The alleged pen support is rubbish if not already a scam

The pen is hardly or not at all recognized and it is not possible to write even one sentence properly.

Not even a word is clean with the pen.

There is no palm recognition.

The pen does not recognize inclinations either.

You can't even draw a straight line with it

The lettering on the keyboard is barely legible.

If the room is a little darkened, the lettering is no longer legible.

The display wobbles in tablet mode.

The trackpad is extremely imprecise.

The trackpad has no anti-friction coating, you literally scrub the touchpad.

The touchscreen does not have a sliding coating.

the top cover around the keyboard is made of cheap plastic and creaks. The underside is not stiff and wobbles around when you open the part from the front. The thing doesn't even last 3 hours in battery mode.

That's no joke, you can't even use this thing for 3 hours on one battery charge.

The display is pretty good, but that's about it.

The part does not support the current USB C PD standard.

All in all, that thing is a bad laptop and an even worse tablet.

I feel downright cheated.

The part is not worth the money.

Do not believe what the manufacturer states here. The thing is cheap garbage sold dearly.

Prefer to buy a product from a reputable manufacturer.

You won't be happy with that thing.

Even the webcam is really bad.

That thing is China junk
