T. If you still see this I would like you to try something O. K. At the end of the day write down’s the things you did that day that you feel you could have, should have, done better. Especially things in regards to hurting people, their feelings, being dishonest with people situations, using people, stuff like that. Then write how you could have maybe handled things better.
