For everyone asking these questions: I had the same problem, if you are part of an institution that lets you use web of science, you do not need to create your own account but instead just log in with your VPN from your university and not log in with anything else. Then it works for me. Before I had the same problem that I could not click on "document"

do we need special access? I logged in and on document tab "a red circle with a line" ban sign is there
