UNTURNED - How to Build the Best Skybases - Complete Tutorial (Unturned 3.17+)

How to build near impossible to raid sky bases. These are the tips and tricks for both modded and vanilla servers that I use to keep my loot and bed safe and out of reach. With a bit of time and effort you can create a base that is easy to defend, secretive and protects loot like no other.

When you were talking about having ladders on wooden pillars all they way up to your base for vanilla players, I happened to find a glitch that when you put the ladder on a pillar and then got to the backside of the pillar and run into the small gap between them, it will teleport you to the top of ladder no matter how high it is.

the most resource efficient, secure base, is a 2x2, perfect height limit, walls everywhere, full double honeycomb, sentry in each triangle and square. then add two more floors below you, both filled with sentries. then add armored claim flag islands off in each direction, claim flag in the center and surround in plates, or lockers.

the way i build my sky bases is by building about 5-7 stairecases up place a bedroll down (you must be able to do /home on your server) when you get about 7 up place a bed and start salvaging the bottom up to the bed build up again place bed salvage up repeat

If there is home tp on the server u can do it like build a floor a stair 4 pillard and a roof with hole, than take the pillard and the stairs througt the hole and build it as high As U want and put a bed on the top.(make sure U put bad and CLAIM IT)

you can use the makeshift helicopter on vanilla serrvers to fly up
their ranger where they can be seen is way lower than that of the other helicopters

You could just remove the platform and let them sentrys float.

Im sure people wont see tge staircase as youre building the base and im sure after you built youre base you want to salvage hundreds of pillars and staurcases. Justhave 8 pillars and 2 staircases and salvage then place.

I rmember one time I spent 7 hours strait making a skybase with that method then that very day somone littorly shot the base floor and raided everything it sucked so bad.
