hi all! incredibly excited to be sharing the speech i delivered at my graduation from washington university back in may 2019. with medical school decisions coming back and students in the midst of the job/internship search, i figured it would be a good time to share a few of my thoughts on resilience and the growth mindset. building a healthy relationship with failure is especially important in a field as demanding as medicine, and it's something I'm honestly continually working through. wishing you all the best of luck, and hope this video provides a bit of encouragement!

Still fresh and meaningful. I can’t believe it was almost 2 years ago!

Great video! Can you please talk more about your undergraduate journey as a pre-med and what you did to be a successful applicant for medical school i.e. summer activities, MCAT prep, mentality, etc.
