Paper tape reader demo

This is the most primitive paper tape reader possible. It is entirely composed of red LEDs, resistors, four bolts, a bit of laser-cut acrylic, and a Teensy++ 2.0. It is so bad. So very, very bad.

but if you time the LEDs correctly it can be used for data transfer instead of the punched tape
