The Anti-Racist Organization: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace, isn’t meant to be a comfortable read. Nor was it designed to center the feelings of white people.

I hope its continued success is proof that we’ve had enough in accepting sanitized approaches to address issues that affect Black colleagues on a global scale.

The fact this book is being read, twice, three times even, is testament to that and I hope you enjoy this trailer.
