Winds are picking up again and the fires are continuing to rage. Until things settle down, the Los Angeles metro is free. If you need to get supplies or get to shelter and do not have transportation, please do not hesitate to take the LA metro.
I have been on strike since October 21 and we have deferred picketing this week to spend our efforts helping out in local shelters and distribution centers. I'll be at the shelter at 930 Mateo St. in Los Angeles today if anybody would like to come by and join me. We are all in this together
