This was so very much needed tonight. I recently had my son's girlfriend move out, because the constant negative energy, and behaviors from her unhealed wounds, and traumas drained me physically, and mentally. Gave them, and her quite a few tools, and communication practices to try, and better their relationship. Realized that where my focus needed to be was on me, and my own mental, and physical health instead. I'm more at peace now in my own space, but felt an overwhelmingly heavy energy in the air. For over 20 years, I worked in a supposedly health 'professional' setting. People who take an oath to help and heal their fellow human beings. With very, very few exceptions, I grew to loath most of them, because by and large, they are arrogant, self centered and even cruel lot. It's as if their knowledge of the workings and chemistry of the human body gives them god-like powers, being able to decide who lives. And who dies.
Anyway, fortunately, I retired (was forced out) from that setting almost 15 years ago, yet I still have almost daily nightmares, of having to be present to endure their abuses. Waking up from those nightmares is such a relief. I know the negative energy they exuded on me over those 20 plus years still affects me, and I ask to be released from the influence and burdens of their problems, which they always projected onto others. It seems to me that the Western model of medical education is set up to ingrain onto its students the shifting of blame and burden, even for their own personal problems. To wit, the use of the plural pronoun "we" to inquire if a certain procedure or action was taken or done to a patient.

The spirit we have in the house doesn't seem to be bad or trying to scare us but it makes me uncomfortable knowing there's something here and the fact the we see shadows through out the house and it makes me scared to be home alone cause I don't want to see it.
