Wargame Red Dragon - M270 MLRS

This will probably be fixed in the next patch. Although I'd really prefer it not be, and instead let REDFOR have artillery just as powerful.

For those unaware: The M270 MLRS was given the splash radius of cluster munitions - about double the size of the normal splash radius.
