Great vid! We're currently exploring DID options with 8x8 as we have an exclusive line of our business that was just introduced. We want to bypass the auto attendant for these callers and have these calls directed to a specific group. Not exactly sure how to break this out, but your vid has pointed us in the right direction

Hi, Rich! Great video on DID's. I currently have a client who I transitioned over from an analog phone system over to Nextiva's digital VoIP system. They now have one central number, and the rest of their users have extensions only. How would you suggest I go about purchasing DID numbers for all of their staff members?
