I can’t express enough how much I love the return of the couch show.

just throwing this out there to all the stressed out brides-to-be..you can keep your wedding low key! I got married in 2016 and we rented out a brewery (which also got us the wholesale price on drinks), bought a bunch of paper lanterns from ikea, and got so much take-out sushi. My best friends made the desserts and my photographer friend took photos. It cost us around $6000 for 70 people, and then instead of gifts, we asked for money, and we got around that same amount back in gift $. People still comment on how much fun they had at our wedding, so keep it easy! (and also despite all best efforts, my mother in law still managed to put mason jars as table decor ahhh.)

I loved so much The Kitten Lady's wedding. It was animal rescue/vegan themed and the centerpieces were vegetables that were later given to the animals at the sanctuary. I bet there's a lot of inspiration there for you to have a conscientious ~grown up~ animals at play themed wedding!
