It's one of the best formats for instructional videos I have come across! Thanks for the help!

This video is excellent. My dryer was slightly different and needed 6 rollers. I also replaced the tension roller and it’s now quiet. Hardest part was mine is stacked in a closet. I used 1”pvc pipe as Egyptians and a block of wood with a long piece of wood to lever it up and roll it out. But everything they demonstrated was right on. Thanks for this great video.

Pro-quality video, thx for including reassembly and not just saying "reverse of disassembly". I have a tip for others - the 17 mm nuts holding the rollers are on are surprisingly tight, and on the first one the torque I applied readily bent the thin sheet metal the roller is mounted to. I found it easy to be gentle enough by extending the length of my wrenches with cheater-pipes/bars.

I followed your instructions and was able to fix my dryer. Thanks! I bought a kit on Amazon and was able to replace the rollers, the tension wheel and the belt, thanks to you. Now, she purrs like a kitten!

This video was perfect! I was able to disassemble my Samsung dryer and replace all four rollers (one of which had totally disintegrated), the belt, and the pulley arm and now it is as good as new again! This was the difference between a $40 repair kit from Amazon plus some time versus a $200+ house call plus having a stranger in my home during the pandemic.

EXCELLENT VIDEO. Mine was a touch different but I managed to replace all 4 rollers and a new tensioner in under 2 hours. It was just as easy as you made it look. I saved myself many dollars and made the Wife and my ears very happy. Thanks so much. GREAT JOB.

Great video. The back left roller on my dryer had failed and broken off entirely. Insane you have to practically disassemble the whole unit to fix this issue.

I'm in FL and I was so worried to put a Harris sign in my yard because I didn't want people to hurt me. I should not have to worry about that. It's a shame

Awesome video. My drum stopped rolling (jammed completely), and after viewing the video i took the dryer apart and found that the rear roller was jammed. After some WD-40 lovin', it was moving freely; I re-assembled the dryer (including the tricky part where you have to re-mount the belt on the motor drive), and I was done!! I had to re-view the video a couple of times, but this saved me a week (in wait time for a repairman) and $250 easy!

Thank you so much for making this video. I was able to replace my drum rollers, the belt and the pulley. The main difficulty I had was removing the existing drum rollers, the nut and bolt were extremely tight. Overall the step by step was easy to follow and my dryer is back to a quite hum.

This video is just excellent in quality and accuracy. Easy to follow step-by-step. As others have said, it is unfortunate that Samsung is such crap that one NEEDS to continuously buy and install replacement parts. I had to replace my motor 1st (again video was great), then 2 weeks later the belt broke. I decided this time to replace the rollers as well, just as PM. One or two were a bit sticky/sluggish, so maybe I saved myself a 3rd round of tearing the whole thing apart and putting back together. Thanks so much for producing these helpful videos!

I did not expect this to be so easy. Thank you for these videos! Part DC93-00634a was broken in my drying. Now it is not noisy and works fine. I spent like $11 to fix it. Thank you so much again!

Thank you so much. You saved me at least 200-250 dollars. After seeing your video I was able to do it myself. Had I tried by myself, I could never have removed things in the right sequence.

I was able to slip my 17mm wrench in and replace the rear rollers without removing the rear bulkhead. Held the nut with the 17mm and tighten with the 8mm.

Excellent video, helped me tremendously. I ordered a full parts kit from Amazon (front & rear rollers and tensioner) and once torn down it turned out to be the tensioner making all the noise. Even though the rollers were fine I figured while in there so I replaced them as well. Thank you!
