Ali Knowles is a former demolition worker who experienced redundancy after working his way up to become a director.
Feeling a lack of self-worth compared to his peers, he decided to try hypnotherapy during his spare time and discovered its power as a therapeutic technique. As he embarked on a course to become a therapist, he realized he had a chip on his shoulder and wasn't truly happy.
However, he found that he had a natural talent for learning techniques and helping people, leading him to qualify as a therapist. Initially working with adults, he soon discovered that he had a knack for working with children as well.
He noticed that simplifying concepts and emotions made it easier for both those with and without learning disabilities to understand and benefit from therapy.
Today, Ali focuses on helping children by simplifying concepts and emotions, making therapy more accessible and effective for young minds.
