Programming Books By No Starch Bundle (C++, Rust, JavaScript, F# and More)

Today we have a new Humble of interest to game developers, in this case programmers. This one is a collection of e-books by No Starch Press on the topic of programming languages, and we have a ton of topics covered from C++ to Java to R and Rust.

There are free official online versions of some of these books, such as eloquent js, haskell and rust

Given that this bundle has F#, Clojure, Erlang, Lisp, and Haskell books, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that "FUN" in the name of this bundle meant "FUNctional", as in functional programming. Putting FUN in PUN!

'no starch' is very very good, however there's quite a few languages here I have no use for - lisp, clojure, erlang, and assembly. That c++ book is like 800 pages and carries a lot of value as well as Eloquent Javascript. I'm pretty impressed with that $1 tier actually with F# and Java - that's a heck of lot of value for $1 if you ask me.

I recommend all the ones I recognize there. This looks like a really solid bundle. I've read the rust one, eloquent JS, and a bit of the haskell one (all available online free, but no download). They're good, so I'm assuming the rest of these are probably too.

I've always wanted to learn assembly and review c++. I have some of the python books but the value of the c++ crash course is worth it.
