The fact that the first picture is from the book I studied to enter medical school makes this playlist even more nostalgic

Confession :-
I have always loved biology so i never felt the need to romanticize it. To me, bio is life, which it actually is but u get the point. Biology was introduced in our curriculum when we were 6th graders. Since then my interest, love and respect for this subject has forever grown. I used to annoy my family to buy me thousands of encyclopedia and other biology related books. As i kept getting older i kept researching more about this subject and came across the wide range this awesome subject has to offer - from studying tiny bacteria to remains of wolly mammoth and everything in between. Now i have graduated high school and admitted to a decent college, but this playlist kinda reminded me of my first days with bio. But unfortunately, in my country if ur interested in bio it only means u wanna be a doctor - there is nothing wrong with being a doctor but thats not the only thing u can do with this subject. The number of times i have been irritated asf when someone asked me if i wanna be a doctor when i told about my love for biology, is absolutely insane. My goal in life was always to be a teacher and now its specified to be a biology teacher. The first thing i will do is def introduce the subject better so the kids dont think that this subject has only 1 job to offer. There are infinite opportunities, infinite possibilities and infinite hope with this subject - and my students will know it much better than those illiterates.

As an astronomy nerd myself, biology will have a special place in my heart as the very first science discipline I fell in love with.

I think every subject can be novelettish and romantic if you are passionate about it.

no joke, i was thinking to myself "oh, i should study biology rn" (because my grades in this specific subject are not the best) and, as i opened youtube, the very next second this video popped up in my recommended tab. i knew it meant i should sit down and study. so, here i am, in hopes to get a good grade in my finals. good luck to everyone else who is studying rn. <3

Recently got accepted to study Biomedical Engineering at an incredible university. When I first took AP Bio it was because I needed a biology class and felt I could handle the AP. I did not expect to fall in love with biology as much as I did, (definitely in part thanks to my amazing teacher). I decided on BME shortly after that class because I felt like that was a place where I could really make an impact on people's lives, through medicine and technology that can help those in need, but enjoying bio as much as I did certainly didn't hurt. For the first time in a while I'm really excited to see what life has in store for me. Oh yeah great playlist too lol

fun biology factoid!: did you know that the Tardigrade (aka water bear), in theory, could survive the vacuum of space?

im currently taking ap biology, even though i'm not the best at STEM subjects. i went into it honestly liking science and stuff, but my interest in it quickly became overshadowed by the struggle of understanding anything in class. i used to be a "gifted kid" so i never had to study outside of class to get good scores, but i got my first F on a quiz (for this class) a couple days ago, and I knew it was time to learn to study regardless of my lack of experience. hopefully this playlist helps me find that lost interest again. wish me luck<3

I'm a homeschooled kid. I used to listen to this a lot during the school year especially when I did science. I'm at the grade where teachers start introducing the human body and biology. I was and still am fascinated in biology and science. I am now about to go to in person school this august. And I guess I'll miss those times. And yet at the same time those would be my most loneliest years. I don't know how to talk to people and struggle with social interactions and cues. I have no friends and I guess I'm scared to. Listening to this now, during my summer break, brings with a strange type of peace. And I hope I'll still feel this even when things change. I'm scared of change.

I like how everybody around here are college students expressing there feelings about the subject and what they are like some are studying to be a dentist while some are studying to be a biology teacher. I am a 7th grader who is just studying biology here for my regular monthly exam tmmr. I finished studying physics alr while listening to this channel physics playlist. lol imma go take a nap now and wake up at 3am to continue my biology studies.

Ah, my high school memories are coming back now, and I am listening to this music... Life was more quiet, and now in my university stage, life has changed completely, the difficulties and many options have increased, especially my studies are information engineering, and my biggest interest now is solving problems and building a method for the solution... Yes It was full of details, but this music with the background that indicates as if it was from an excerpt from a biology book brought me back to moments when I was studying eagerly in the high school (baccalaureate) one of the science lessons when life was quiet and the psychological pressure was less than it is now...
