don't think an Oxford Graduate PHD holder in English is only required there..also she could have explained it humbly even if that much fluency of English is required. she could have said sir these things are dangerous we should deal with it very carefully and communication and fluency in English is important to understand at the time of emergency what we are saying and we can't take risk, please cooperate with us..but instead of that she acted as if she is his school teacher and Khabib is 4 year old and she will complain to Principal, I mean supervisor and how dare she say to get off the plane if you don't listen, who does she think she is, she did not deal with that passenger (Khabib) with nice mannerism and professionalism.
