How to Fix Projecting to This PC Greyed Out Windows 10 - Solve Projecting to This PC Disabled.

The other day I was playing around with Windows projection settings, and I noticed the option to project to this PC is greyed out. Why is projecting to this PC greyed out? I’m on the latest version of Windows, I have all the drivers installed, and I’m on a network.

I'm trying to project my phone screen onto my Windows 10 Home laptop, and for that I'm trying to use Connect feature (present in Action Center). On clicking the Connect button (on the laptop), when I select the "Projecting to this PC" option, a screen opens up with all options greyed out. There's also a message visible in Red color at the top saying "We are still trying to determine the feature capabilities".
