I was backing out of a parking space couple of days before Christmas and some person that wasn't paying attention ran into my rear bumper and did this to mine as well. I really wish people could drive more carefully through parking lots and understand that people have to back up.

Ive heard of putting a deflated soccerball in and inflating.

I removed the bumper and let it sit in the sun then stepped on the inside on a towel Popped right out. There was no stress or pressure on the rubber when it was off the car.
