Nice information. My daughter has a congenital heart issue VSD and currently she is involved with swimming in the elite team. She been swimming since 5yrs old and now she is 12yrs old. Tomorrow she will perform her first CPET test as requested by her coach. The demand to ensure she can adapt the high intensity training for next year.
