Display is nice, with some differentiation from a shared google account/gdrives, ms office online, Asana. For teams that collaborate a lot with document content, maybe? for me, the efficiency gain is marginal at best. Will subscribe anyway and see what comes of it.

it is just a comm tool.. no a PM tool as they are trying to position this "email" thingy.. thx anyways. Quip not very impressive to be honest

I'm a writer and looking for an Evernote replacement. I understand Quip is tuned for collaboration, but this power helps and is available in Google Drive. What's brought me here are Evernote's clunkiness and new feature crippling; Simplenote sync issues (almost lost some work twice); Onenote's lack of offline support and slow untrustworthy interface (duplicate folders, sync etc).
