Kevin's character development in this show is so great. In the beginning of the show he was very quiet and dull. He grew into one of the funniest characters in the show.

He sometimes has these moments where he's incredibly clear and quite smart. My favourite moment was when he straight up told the State Senator how he was just using Oscar and Angela.
