On an unrelated note, I really resent oat and almond milk are becoming the default alternative milk. Its making it harder to have access to soy based yogurts, cheeses, and milks. 😭
Soy is the closest composition in nutrients to dairy and is the highest in protein! And if fortified like Silk even better! Please my vegan comrades come back to soy im begging you 🥺

I have a friend that I was hanging around a lot with and noticed this disgusting looking water she would drink a lot, it made me grossed out just looking at it with a sickening visceral reaction, not even knowing what it was and come to find out that it was in fact colostrum.. as you can imagine, that intensified my disgust. I actually have gagged a few times. Haven’t hung out with her in a while. Love her, don’t love or agree with that though.
