If there are several sources acting simultaneously in an electrical circuit, then the current through any branch of the circuit is summation of currents which would flow through the branch for each source keeping all other sources dead. So basically short one supply and solve for a component then do the same with the other power supply and add the two results?

Please clearly explain current through IBD =2, and are all the resistors are in llel??

The three resistors are not all connected to series. The resistor from BC is parallel to resisto BD and resistor BD is connected in series, (6//6)+6= so 9 ohms. Then 24V divided by 9 ohms ans is 8/3 not 4/3. Am I right?
