# 5 - Dutch Pour - Awesome BLUE, Geen and TURQUOISE w/metallic twist! - Acrylic Fluid Painting

Hi everyone!

I was so inspired by the color composition from another artist, that I just had to try it out. I did not have all the colors however that did not stop me. I just made my own color mixes. And it turn our perfectly, so I am planning to make yet another although on a larger canvas, but with similar colors.

Todays painting is a 40 x 40cm box canvas that is available.

The colours used in todays painting:

Base paint: Amsterdam Ultramarie Blue mixed with Floetrol
Amsterdam Greenish Blue mixed with Amsterdam Light Gold
Amsterdam Light Gold
Liquitex Titanium White
Schmincke Copper
Amsterdam Ultramarine Blue mixed with Liquitex Titanium White to create light blue/sky blue.
Amsterdam Deep Turquoise mixed with Liquitex Titanium White to create a light Turquoise.

Mixture for the base paint : 60g floetrol, 40g paint, approx 30-40g of water all depending on the paint thickness. Add drops of water gradually to ensure the paint is neither to thick or thin. This also works for the remaining colors.

Color paint mixture : 40g paint and approx 20-40g of water. Add water gradually to ensure that it does not get to thin. It needs to have the same consistency as the base paint.

I recommend that you make drop tests of your paints, to ensure they are evenly mixed and have the same consistency.
