Please advise when completing Form I-485, question 61, whether the applicant is subject to public charge, is a ground of inadmissibility under INA § 212(a)(4), which is under u4u, and received assistance in the first year (cash+ food), we apply for a green card on the basis of marriage to a US citizen, to answer this question: “NO?”, since assistance under U4U does not fall into the category of public charge? Or answer: “YES”, so this is a family reunion? Thank you
