Fixing the interest problem with income based plans was one of the best parts of this plan in my opinion. It’s crazy to give aid to low income people in a way they can never get out of debt because the interest is higher than the modified payments

No interest paying just the principal at the moment is actually the best. If i have a student loan, I'd quickly pay as much as possible before interest rate kicks back in. But imagine if those 8 smt million students actually working while studying and paying their debts. It's pretty interesting.
