Which New Era Players Should Be on Survivor 50?

That Kaleb comparison with Boston Rob is lowkey perfect. Charismatic dude who despite being on a losing tribe was the big star. A great challenge competitor gets hella lucky in the game that allows him to make it further in the game and is heavily remembered in his szn despite goin out so early.

I wish they would've chosen to do S48 an All-Stars only featuring people from the new era (a little nod to the fact S8 was the original all-stars) and then do S50 an All-Legends. I know it woulda been two all-star seasons almost back to back (i mean, they did s31 and s34 two returning player seasons), but i feel that, with season 48, we could put these new players to the test before labeling them legends. A lot of the survivor legends only got this title after their second appearence (Parvati, Boston Rob...)

I want them to do a rivals season for 50 - Babygirl Jake vs Queen Katurah, Evil Overlord Shan vs Evil Overlord Ricard, Bhanu vs God, etc

Love the tori pick. Everyone saying players like kellie and emily, well they are the same kind of player. Survivor is best when the fans get to see different styles clash. Emily’s story also was perfect for a one season arc, focusing on her self journey after starting off poorly. I’d love to see someone like tori get a shot with a different cast

I think they will bring back charlie. People like charlie and he almost won so i hope survivor gives him a call.

I also hope that they add players from 35-39 players back to. I wanna see devins victoria laruen christan davie and dk chillen back. (Ik its not likly but i hope)

Personally, I don’t like including past winners on seasons with non-winners, so I wouldn’t include them even though I wouldn’t mind a couple of them.

Off the top of my head I would consider people like Shan, Ricard, Naseer, Omar, Jonathan, Lindsey, Hai, Zach (I can dream), Jesse, Cassidy, Karla, Cody, Owen, Frannie, Carolyn, Carson, Jake, Katurah, Kaleb, Sabiyah, Emily, Venus, Q, Charlie, and Maria.

I’m probably in the minority saying that I love that you included Tori from 42. She was hands down my favorite player on the blue tribe and she was the cat with nine lives fer sure.

Season 49 and 50 should be returnees. There are just so so many New Era players already worth making a full cast, so 49 would be a great Second Chances II. And then 50 be a series-wide historic season.

I think Maryanne could ABSOLUTELY win again. Out of all the winners she's the easiest to underestimate, but she is a phenomenal speaker. She can sell you on her ideas as well as anyone

41 is severely underrepresented on this list for my taste. My two picks would be Evvie and Tiffany, for a lot of the same reasons as you picked Owen. They seemed like great players who got undercut situationally, as Xander, who they worked hard to save at the merge, was totally unwilling to work with them afterwards just because he got spooked by Deshawn talking about how he was the other potential target on the Voce vote.
