This is my calm ambient #cover on #Insomnium track #WhileWeSleep from their Shadows of the Dying Sun album. I wanted to create a somewhat new but still kinda similar atmosphere during the song using no drums or other very "loud & noisy" instruments. I incorporated some overdriven guitars though. I changed the structure of the song a little bit as well. All guitars are recorded and all other instruments are arranged from scratch Midi tracks.
