To upload a project on GitHub,
2. Once you are in GitHub, click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Your repositories" from the menu.

6. Now, choose to make the project public or private.
7. Click the checkmark box to add a README file.
8. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Create repository."
9. GitHub will redirect you to the newly created repository.
10. Now, click on the "Add file" and then select "Upload files."
11. Here you upload your project files and folders.
12. Once uploaded, scroll down to the bottom and click "Commit changes."

You have successfully uploaded your project to your GitHub account.

You can edit your project description by clicking on the pencil icon.
