My Jeep Wrangler 392 gets major upgrades with a 3.5 inch Metalcloak Game Changer suspension and 37 inch Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT tires. This was all done by the folks at Epic Adventure Outfitters in BC, Canada. I walk you through the install, show you a Demon Gladiator swap they are working on, and even get a visit from some Youtube friends.

I would like to send you a HUGE thank you. You posted a picture on Wednesday of the showroom of Epic Adventure Outfitters with Paul and The Jolly Ginger. Between the two of them was Shaun’s merch TSTN. The elusive hoodie that I couldn’t find was right there on the wall. So I gave Epic a phone call and talked to Jamie. Shawn was there also doing some filming. I have been looking for this hoodie since October. THANK YOU for posting that picture which got me the extremely hard to find hoodie.

That would be a perfect weekend project (except for mounting the tires). A 24 pack with some pizza are all you need.

What drive shaft did you go with? I am doing a simular build on my 392 but don't know which drive shaft to use that will dampen vibration.

Have to say the deal on the baja boss at at epic is really good haven't seen them under $600 a tire up here in canada for a 37x12.5r17.Seriously considering swaping out the jks lift for the metalcloak lift on my JT.

Absolutely the best thing you could have done. I'm not a fan of the gold plating and understand it's purpose, so I simply spray lined mine and left the ends gold. The most flex, a really nice ride and with the lowering brackets (and in my case I have the rear DB3 lowering brackets as well) truly a long arm ride, feel, and off road performance. I am however curious to know what caster you ended up with on that 3.5 inch lift? I'm on 4.5 inch and prioritized pinion angle over caster and ended up right at 4.8 degrees. I have the upgraded Ultimate 44 axle shaft up front so my drive shaft is spinning all the time. Just wondering if EPIC set up you're 2 wheel drive mode to allow you to keep factory castor (around 6.5) or did they prioritize pinion angle and go with lower caster.

I might be a tad jealous. However, if I did all that to my Gladiator I wouldn't be able to park in my garage. With all the snow we are getting here in Northern Utah, parking in the garage is more than just a convenience.

To add to your piece about showing some respect to your mechanic, people need to clean their rig (both inside and outside) before dropping it off. Nothing says F you to your tech more than dropping off a rig covered in mud and full of garbage.

Looks really good. Those guys know how to have a good time and do great work at the same time. How do you like those Mickey Thompsons so far? I've had mine for alil over a year and so far I love them

What are those drop brackets you added? Are they needed? Looks like their teraflex

Did you install spacers on those wheels? Per metal cloak they say a maximum of 4.75' backspacing for that lift, and those XR rims have 5" backspacing. Just wondering if you had any issues rubbing anywhere when flexing?

How are you those baja boss tires working out in the snow over there in idaho?
I'm looking into getting me a set for a all year around tire.

Do you install the Falcon SP2 in soft or performance mode? I’m guessing cold because… Canada.

So when will you change gears? The 4.10 is not the best for 37". Looks great! Any plans on doing trips in So Cal? Like Death Valley, Mojave Road?
