#416 Bhagavad-gita Chapter 11,Śloka 33-Kartikeya das

तस्मात्त्वमुत्तिष्ठ यशो लभस्व
जित्वा शत्रून्भुंक्ष्व राज्यं समृद्धम् ।
मयैवैते निहता: पूर्वमेव
निमित्तमात्रं भव सव्यसाचिन् ॥ ३३ ॥

tasmāt tvam uttiṣṭha yaśo labhasva
jitvā śatrūn bhuṅkṣva rājyaṁ samṛddham
mayaivaite nihatāḥ pūrvam eva
nimitta-mātraṁ bhava savya-sācin

Therefore get up. Prepare to fight and win glory. Conquer your enemies and enjoy a flourishing kingdom. They are already put to death by My arrangement, and you, O Savyasācī, can be but an instrument in the fight.

As long as we have the domineering mentality which makes us try to lord it over material nature, we are conditioned. But anyone who can understand the plan of the Supreme Lord and cultivate Kṛṣṇa consciousness is most intelligent. If one is in full Kṛṣṇa consciousness and his life is devoted to the Lord’s transcendental service, he is perfect.

Krishna asks Arjuna to get up, fight and kill the unconquerable Bhishma and others. All are supposed to be the pen in the hands of Krishna who has written the past, present and future already. Then the glory is ours.
