you don't have to restart anything just press " Win + Ctrl + Shift + B " ( it's the shortcut to refresh the graphics card you can do this whenever your app is not responding or like that )

Ctrl+alt+del, after this open task manager and click end program if still happening just shut down ur computer by clicking the shut down button at the right bottom corner after clicking Ctrl+alt+del

This happened to me many times on other games once (I mean it only happened once in the game every time it does that, in fullscreen games it just spins my camera really fast which sometimes cost me) & sometimes outside of games which is where I see where the cursor went when it happens. Windows 10 always have something I hate. At least the auto restart after update doesn't restart you until you clicked "Restart now" anymore

If anyone asked, I found this video through Google & I thought it's a general fix
