Last Days in Bali Vlog

So my longest time in Bali has come to an end, and I'm happy to share with you some of my last few days on the island at a Yoga and Art retreat.

These last few days really were the catalyst for big changes in my life, and I can't express in words how grateful I am for these experiences in life.

Remember, change doesn't usually feel comfortable, but it is a necessary part of the process.

I really am rooting for you Niomi! So nice seeing you back in the uk now and connecting with friends and family. New connections are amazing but it’s also the relationships that stand the test of time that are the most truly precious. I really hope you stay single for a while now so you can really process, heal and discover what you want in life for the long term without reference to a guy. And in the UK connecting back to real life as well, I feel like it’s such a grounding feeling. Maybe seek out some therapy from a professional, I found it so so helpful when I went through a hard time earlier this year. Sending good vibes your way :)
