Anyone saying it was "text book" doesn't know football. The CB was way to high and should have been around the thighs. Then it would have avoided the helmet to helmet contact.

You could tell he was hesitant on what the receiver was about to do. Once he realized the receiver couldn’t see him he went in. It was actually a pretty soft tackle (as far as football tackles go) and it was for sure clean
