Why is your dialogue in each video so soothing? Mesmerized

I have observed this in the Coffee industry as well. I've been a Barista for 7 years. Currently I'm a manager. I've noticed that other than shop keep, there's not much more growth. But the value I bring is the highest it's ever been because I've both had experience and I've made the effort to keep learning. I've taken classes, I've studied online, read books, and of course worked under more experienced folks. Never stop learning!

I just love how you speak with so much passion and spark. In our regular lives, it’s so rare to come across people with such energy. ❤

I feel that architects would learn more by dedicateing some time to the physical trades. That hands on experiance and mentoring by master craftsmen of all trades will make them a more rounded and efficient architect. You will also be growing a network of trusted and skilled friends who you can refer to when forming new ideas or troubled by unsolvable problems.
We may look rough and scary but treat us with respect and you will find we live our life by the code and are valuable allies.

This is an excellent point. Reaching out to your network is a major component to making this shift. It’s difficult for highly introverted people to do that sometimes, so it’s also important for all the extroverts out there to throw a “checking in” line out to the more reserved but talented people in your network. A simple gesture like that could be a life changing moment for someone who may be underwater and feeling un-heard within their current organization.

If you want to grow FAST, take matters into your own hands.

I needed to see this today, an inspiration to keep growing, stagnation is the death of creativity ❤

I strongly support this idea of yours, I know that through my experience, well I didn't get job only three years after graduation, I am an in site architect, I work as a supervisor on the contractor who's building, a 3 stars hotel I work among a large team of engeneers, I get to deal with both theory and practise, the first time I got there I was told that I'll be working with a senior architect, but that senior architect wasn't accomplished much and to make things worst he left 2 months later, I found my self all alone; believe me now after almost a year, the knowledge I have is on par with someone who worked 3 or 4 years on site, and all that through focused research, one needs to learn how to work on itself, it all starts within us. best of luck

Gathering knowledge is wonderful. Gathering and bringing in clients and keeping them is also a valuable asset. It is most important to enjoy life at the same time.
