For me the best in 8 passive income you mentioned is Investment in stocks because it has the highest potential return in the long run. It's like you are saving in the bank. Instead of putting your money in the bank that earns a very little interest annually why not take the risk and put your money in stocks market. Many people are afraid, that what if stock market is in down trend. As what you have said on your video, "tamang mindset ang labanan". When the market is in the downtrend, that means investor are celebrating, as we will have more power to buy the companies that we want. BUY LOW SELL HIGH. Main goal is to generate more number of shares so by the time it hit again its ceiling price, we will sell it and can have a satisfying amount of gain. For starters, 500 to 1000 peso gain is not bad. With that gain you can use it again to buy other shares( 500 to 1000 pesos was my 1st gain). You dont need a big amount of money to start investing in stocks, it's easy, just ask this youtuber. Just sign up, and you will find yourself enjoying and later on you will be more conscious on things that you buy and start thinking to cut your expenses to fund your trading account.
So my advise to all who wants to start investing in stocks, DO NOT BE AFRAID, it's not a loss until we sell it and there are so many ways how to learn trading in stocks ;)
