The moment I saw her abilities, I was like, welp, Deadlock is about to sink lower down the list because Vyse's traps are just... better. She could be a really strong post-plant initiator, and very strong in lower elo where nobody knows how to use their sidearms properly. Her combined with Breach would actually be so annoying. Imagine being reduced to only your sheriff or ghost, while you're full concussed to hell and back. Lol.

Also, I can't wait to hear all those whiny players that can't shoot a sheriff to save their life when they get ulted.

4:40 it appears to NOT do damage UNTIL the target is Moving.
So, stay stationary to ignore damage. Or, if omen, yoru, chamber, or jett, teleport out or use Updraft followed by a dash. Sage may be able to use her wall beneath her to get out of it. Zero damage, at least hypothetically. It might count one or two movements in the process, especially as jett or sage. Teleport should get you out scott free.

lets be real, we all know this character is gonna be stronger than other releases, the shear amount of util she gives is insane

Alone she wont be broken, but what makes her broken is the fact you can use her off a lot of other agent abilities. Habor + Vyse one ult showing you where they are and concussing you while the other removes your guns. Or Vyse + neon where one again removes your gun while the other just zaps zaps you with no worries. Breach - concuss + her ability to remove weapons again easy walk onto site for a few kills - etc etc. The only thing you need is some type of information gather such as cypher or sova to point out the locations. Post plant? You will have a wall and a trap for flanks or paths in and out. Like over all she's going to be pretty good team agent.

I think sheer ( Q ) can also be used as flank watch considering it gives a notification when it's triggered, I also highly doubt it has a range restriction so perhaps it will be viable for that use on attack?
