Another great money maker great for low level players and can be done way faster than the slayer monsters listed is blast furnace. I haven't done blast furnace in months not sure if prices has changed but there used to be times where one could make close to 1m per hour doing addy/rune bars. Although on average you can expect steel-rune bars to be minimum 300k per hour standard and maybe 600k per hour minimum with coal bag, ice gloves and stam pots.

Kurasks? They are really good, 650k/hr) and they require less slayer than all the Slayer monsters in this video (70 slayer).
