when everything is black like that and theres no sign of green anywhere it really does feel like youre on a different planet. i got the same feeling at the halfway point to a glacier i visited while in iceland

I remember visiting Iceland before it was so popular. That beach was completely empty besides my family and it had kinda spooky vibes with deep fog and nothing but the sound of the waves. Feels unfortunate to probably never be able to experience this again.

Nice video Phil. Crazy timing on these vlogs as I myself just visited Iceland this past summer. I visited this exact spot while I was there and it's surreal seeing it again through your footage. The basalt columns were some of the most insane natural geography I've ever seen. The map maker of de_basalt did I great job capturing the feel and aesthetic of Iceland.
