Everyone keeps asking about the estimated cost Some YouTuber bought the 2, 400 sqft version and said the kit was $185k out the door but never said if that was with shipping included or not. Anyway, based off $185k ÷ 2, 400 = $77.08/sqft. So $77.08 x "whatever" should give you a rough idea. Keep in mind the cost per sqft DOES NOT include permits, inspections, your contractor's labor per sqft, etc. This looks to be about 2800 - 3000 sqft. I roughly estimate 3000sqft to be on the safe side.
3000 x $77.08 = $231, 240 for the kit only.

Their website shows different pics of house !!! 😳😳..they get tricky by Not showing any exterior house wall and No room wall dimensions.😡😠. 🌺🌸🌺...Why is that guys ?? Is it something to do with the First Hook of salesmanship? 🤔 I’m offended by that i delete your site. There are other sites that shows dimensions up front.
